Refund Policy

At Ciarelle, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered — and returns are free.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at support@ciarelle.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted. For any questions, our team is always happy to help at support@ciarelle.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong piece, contact us straight away and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items and items purchased with a discount code marked "final sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Personal care goods

If you're unsure about a specific item, please get in touch before returning.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@ciarelle.com.
