At Ciarelle, we work quickly to process and dispatch orders.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be submitted within 24 hours, but cancellation is only possible before processing or dispatch and cannot be guaranteed.

Contact support@ciarelle.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, please wait for delivery and follow our return process.

Order Changes

If you need to change a colour, size, item or delivery detail, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before processing or dispatch and cannot be guaranteed.

Approved Cancellation Refunds

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it.
